Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate MBBS and BPT students aged 18 to 25 years studying in medical and physiotherapy colleges in Delhi NCR who are willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students with diagnosed sleep disorders, those on medications affecting sleep, those with neurological or psychiatric illness, those with chronic medical conditions affecting sleep, students on night shift duties, and those with acute illness at the time of data collection
