Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group: -18 to 60 years. 2)Patients with clinical features of EKA-KUSHTA having signs and symptoms, namely Kandu (itching), Shushkata, Vaivarnya (Depigmentation), Mastyashaklopamam (silvery patchy skin). 3)Patients of both Gender male and female, irrespective of caste and socioeconomic status. 4)The patients having the PASI score greater than or equal to 10. 5) A patient who is willing to participate and in written provide inform consent will be entertained in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient suffering from any chronic skin disease or immunosuppressed systemic disorders. 2)Patient suffering from any other systemic disorders like tuberculosis, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, HBsAg-positive patients, and known cases of leprosy. 3)Pregnant & Lactating woman. 4)Psoriatic arthritis.
