Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy children aged 4 9 years Primary molars with Irreversible pulpitis or necrotic pulp associated with inter-radicular radiolucency. At least two-thirds of root length remaining

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic illness or compromised immunity Teeth with internal or external root resorption Children who have received antibiotics or anti-inflammatory drugs within the previous four weeks Teeth with non - restorable crown structure Primary molars showing clinical signs of Abscess, Swelling and Sinus tract

Change in Interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels in primary molars after intracanal medicament placementTimepoint: The interleukin-6 will be assessed at baseline i.e., before placement of intracanal medicament and at one week after the placement of medicament.
