Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of idiopathic PD by neurologist, Hoehn & Yahr stages 1 - 3 (ambulatory). (screening tool: MDS-UPDRS) 2. Age more than 40 years. 3. Able to stand independently for at least 30 seconds and walk independently (with or without aid) for short distances to perform SSST. 4. Stable medication regimen for at least 2 weeks, assessed in ON phase to minimise motor
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other known neurological disorders (stroke, MS, cerebellar ataxia, neuropathy) affecting balance. 2. Severe known visual or vestibular pathology unrelated to PD (e.g., acute vestibulopathy, legal blindness). 3. Severe cognitive impairment preventing following commands (e.g., MoCA more than 26) 4. Musculoskeletal conditions limiting standing/walking (recent fractures, severe arthritis).
