Intervention1: Ketorolac submucosal injection: 1ml of ketorolac, 30mg given duration of 60 seconds in chronic periodontitis patients outcomes checked 8 hours, day 2, day 3, day4 and day 7

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 60 years. 2.Patients diagnosed with localized Stage II or Stage III Grade B periodontitis. 3.Presence of probing depth of 5 mm or more in the surgical site. 4.Patients classified as American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical status I or II. 5.Patients with no history of blood disorders. 6.Patients not receiving antiplatelet, anticoagulant, or immunosuppressive medications. 7.Patients with no history of periodontal surgery in the previous 6 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.History of hypersensitivity to ketorolac and dexamethasone, or any contraindication for using these drugs, or if they had taken analgesics before the surgery. 2.ASA III V patients, individuals with parafunctional habits, pregnant or lactating women, and smokers were excluded.
