Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults between 18 and 30 years Individuals who are overweight or obese based on BMI Generally healthy and able to perform physical activity Willing to take part in the study and follow the program Not regularly practicing yoga or exercise in recent months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with heart, lung, metabolic, or joint problems Those who have had recent injuries or surgeries Individuals using weight-loss medicines or special diets Anyone advised by a doctor to avoid physical activity
