Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals Person of adult male and female Person with age from 19 years Person with age up to 30 years Person willing to participate and sign the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Person with past history of any chronic disease eg. - Heart Disease, Kidney disease, Tuberculosis. Any infectious disease like Hepatitis A (HAV),B (HBV),C (HCV),D (HDV),E (HEV) Autoimmune liver disorder like autoimmune hepatitis, Primary Biliary Cholangitis, Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis. Vascular disorder like Budd-Chiari syndrome, Portal Vein Thrombosis. Neoplastic Disease like Benign Tumors (Hemangioma,Hepatic adenoma) ,Malignant Tumors (Hepatocellular carcinoma) ,Cholangiocarcinoma, Metastatic cancer . Genetic Disorders like Hemochromatosis, Wilson Disease, Gilbert syndrome. Fibrotic/Cirrhotic condition like Liver cirrhosis. Person with Acute Liver Failure, Amebic Liver abscess Biliary Atresia, Choledocal Cysts, Polycystic Liver Disease, Simple Liver Cysts. Smokers, tobacco users, Alcoholics, Endocrine disorder Use of Hepatotoxic Drugs or Substances eg.-Statins, antiepileptic s, isoniazid, methotrexate, Steroid users, Herbal or alternative medicines affecting liver enzymes Obesity STD Pregnancy
