Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: 20-35 years 2. Males 3. Recreational badminton players (minimum 3 days/week participation in sport) 4. Free from upper limb injury in past 6 months 5. No history of upper-limb surgery 6. Able to perform upper-limb explosive strength tests (medicine-ball throw, push-up jump, bench press) 7. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any musculoskeletal disorder 2. Any neurological disorder 3. History of upper limb surgery or fracture 4. Use of performance-enhancing drugs 5. Ongoing pain, inflammation, or restricted range of motion in the upper limb 6. Inability to follow warm-up protocols or testing procedures 7. Womens
