Intervention1: Application of topical beta blocker over diabetic foot ulcers for 4weeks: Alternate day dressing with application of topical beta blocker over base of diabetic foot ulcers for 4 weeks

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes undergoing therapy for glycaemic control 2. Ulcers lasting for at least 2 weeks with no improvement with good wound care and dressings 3. Subject is able and willing to comply with study procedures and adhere to protocol during the Study in the opinion of Investigator 4. A Subject agrees to sign informed consent form and allow audio visual recording of consent, if applicable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infected, gangrenous or ischemic ulcers with or without discharge or osteomyelitis 2. Subjects on ionotrope support, suffering from sinus bradycardia, A V block, right ventricular failure and cardiogenic shock 3. Subject has ulcers caused by a disease other than diabetes 4. Subjects allergic to the formulation
