Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of either sex with good oral hygiene having platelet count within normal limits Presence of atleast one or two sites with probing pocket depth of greater than or equal to 5 mm Presence of periodontal intrabony defects greater than or equal to 3 mm Participants with good oral hygiene compliance after phase I therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic diseases affecting periodontal healing. Smokers and any form of tobacco users. Pregnant or lactating women. Teeth with any type of tooth mobility. Previous periodontal surgery in the selected site within 6 months. Participants allergic to local anaesthesia, chlorhexidine,antibiotics and analgesics.
