Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with NAFLD by ultrasound or liver function tests (LFT). 2. Age group: 18 to 65 years. 3. Both male and female patients. 4. Patients willing to undergo Siddha diagnostic evaluation (Enn Vagai Thervu and Neikuri). 5. Patients who give written informed consent to participate in the study. 6. Participants who are ambulatory and can follow dietary recommendations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Known case of alcohol induced fatty Liver disease(AFLD) 2. Pregnant or lactating women 3. Severe comorbidities (CKD, cancer, etc.) 4. Patients who is not willing to sign the informed consent. 5. Individuals with mental illness and cognitive impaired affecting compliance
