Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between 18-40 years of age. Patients having excessive but cyclic menses of more than 5 days. Hb should be more than 8 gm%. Patients having bleeding in excessive amount that is by number of pads more than equal to 4 pads regular size per day. Patients with UPT negative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hb less than 8 gm %. Women with irregular cycle and peri-menopausal bleeding. Patient with comorbidities like Diabetes mellitus, Thyroidism. Patients with IUCD inserted. Patients with known case of Ovarian cysts, Endometriosis, polyp, retained product of conception. Patient with recent h/o D&C or D&E, Threatened, Spontaneous or Incomplete abortion. Patients with known case of uterine fibrod,adenomyosis,pregnancy also patients with any malignancies. Patient suffering from Acute medical condition and other systemic disorders for example Hypertension,Coagulation disorder. Patient having history of currently taking OC PILLS, Hormonal therapies .
