Intervention1: Experimental Group: Tibial nerve sliding technique for 30 mins with rest in between of 30 secs to 2mins, 5 sets for 3 days per week for 2 weeks. Control Intervention1: Control Group: TE

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults age between 18 to 60 years old. Prolonged standing for more than 3 hours. adults with involvement of the tibial nerve and the gastrocnemius (medial and lateral) and soleus muscles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diagnosed neurological disorders affecting lower limbs (peripheral neuropathy, radiculopathy) Pregnant women. any musculoskeletal injury (plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, ankle instability) history of recent lower limb injury or surgery (within the last 6 months). history of lumbar disc pathology or radiating pain to the lower limb. presence of systemic disease affecting nerves or muscles ( diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthitis)
