Inclusion criteria: Young adults of 18-25 years age Both the genders, Diagnosed with non-specific low back pain Age-, gender and BMI-matched control group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Radiculopathy, History of spine and lower fracture History of Malignancy, History of Trauma, Under Medical or Physiotherapy management
