Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to quit tobacco habit. Subjects who will provide informed consent for the participation. Subjects with Fagerstrom scale more than 5. Subjects who are using either smoked tobacco or smokeless tobacco.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are unwilling to quit the habit post counselling. Subjects who will not provide informed consent. Subjects who are currently using any other behavioral or pharmacological tobacco dependence treatment program. Subjects those who are on other addictions alcohol / drugs Pregnant and lactating mothers. Subjects who are hypersensitive to nicotine. Subjects those with history of significant psychosis/cognitive impairment, cardiac arrhythmia or unstable angina will be excluded.
