Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with Urdhwag Amlapitta presenting with classical symptoms such as Amlodgara, Hritkantha daha, Avipaka and Aruchi. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent. Patients between age group 18 to 60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic disorders such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension or cardiac diseases. Patients with complications like peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding or malignancy. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients on long term use of proton pump inhibitors or other interfering medications. Patients unwilling to participate.
