Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individual diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic peripheral neuropathy( asses by MNSI and ADA criteria)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of other significant neurological disorder, severe renal and hepatic disorder, history of alcoholism or drug abuse, recent medication affecting uric acid, lipid level b12 deficiency, history of pregnancy and lactation
