Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant women in their second trimester. 2) Participants without a history of oral contraception. 3) Pregnant group with primigravidae and multigravidae.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants with a contributory medical history. 2) Participants who had a history of antibiotic or drug therapy.
