Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MBBS and BAMS first year undergraduate students in the 17-25 ag range who are willing to take part in the study and who are in good physical and mental condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who refuse consent, are under 17 or over 25 years old, or are currently taking medication for any acute or long-term physical or mental health issue.
