Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient with anal fistula. Patient with classical feature of bhagandra.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from systemic disease will be excluded ex. Uncontrolled DIABETES MALLITUS, hypertention, cardiac illness, chronic kidney disease. Patient high rectal fistula will be excluded. Patient suffering CA of rectum HbsAg and HIV positive will be excluded Patient having fissure or piles associate with low anal fistula will be excluded. Patient suffering from ulcerative colitis,crohns disease will be excluded from the study.
