Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants who are willing to read and sign the consent form. Participants with chronic history of nasal obstruction due to inferior turbinate hypertrophy irrespective of its aetiology and those who are fulfilling diagnostic criteria Those who are fit for kshara karma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with epistaxis and acute rhino sinusitis Patient with other systemic disease like SLE , Rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogrens syndrome patient unfit for kshara karma Nasal obstruction other than hypertrophy of inferior turbinate pregnant women patient who are on blood thinners and anti platelet drugs patient suffering from accelerated hypertension whose BP greater than 180/100 mm of Hg patient suffering from type 2 diabetes mellitus whose HbbA1c greater than 10 percentage
