Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-50 years with ASA Grade I or II Patients with Molars or Premolars diagnosed with Symptomatic Irreversible Pulpitis with 2D PAI Score 0 or Score 1 or Score 2 Straight (Less than or equal to 5 degrees) or Moderately Curved Roots (10-20 degrees) - Schneider s Classification Vertucci Type I Configuration of Canals Teeth with completely formed foramina Written informed consent prior to study procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with morphological variation in root canal anatomy such as Calcified Canals and Severely Curved Roots (More than 20 degrees) - Schneider s Classification Retreatment Cases Inability to understand or provide consent for procedure
