Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Grahani Dosha and who check the validated diagnostic questionnaire in minimum 10 symptoms out of 30 symptoms. 2.Patients who are ready to abide by the trail procedure and are eligible for nasya as per ayurvedic nasya indications. 3.Individuals with stable vitals and no acute complications at the time of data collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 18yrs and above 55 years of age. 2.Pregnant and Lactating Women. 3.Any other chronic diseases or severe systemic illnesses like uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, renal failure or liver cirrhosis etc. 4.Participants diagnosed as severe case of Grahani Dosha having symptoms like Hrudroga,Ardita,Timir etc. 5.Patients who have been diagnosed as chronic grahani dosha since more than 2 years. 6.Patients in whom nasya is contraindicated as per ayurvedic nasya contraindications. 7.Patients who are currently undergoing any other treatments for any other illnesses.
