Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age ranging between 18-40 years. 2.Both Male and Female 3.Individuals with Noticeable Gingival Melanin Hyper-Pigmentation with Score-3 in Dummett and Bolden index for pigmentation. 4.No history of Systemic disease or Conditions affecting the gingiva.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smokers and Alcoholics 2.Pregnant or Lactating women 3.Individuals with other oral health issues like gingivitis or periodontitis were excluded. 4.Individuals who had prior gingival depigmentation procedures were not included. 5.Individuals on antibiotics or anti-inflammatory medicines.

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is the wound healing by using 0.2 percent hyaluronic acid gel and vitamin E after gingival depigmentation procedure.Timepoint: 30-60 days

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is observing the intensity of pigmentation, gingival phenotype & degree of post operative painTimepoint: 60-90 days
