Intervention1: Diode laser application: Low-level laser therapy will be applied immediately after obturation. A diode laser (940 nm wavelength, 0.5 W output power) will be used in continuous wave mode

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Patients with single-rooted teeth diagnosed with symptomatic or asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis. b.Patients aged 18 50 years and in good systemic health. c.Teeth with mature apices. d.Patients willing to participate in the study and comply with follow up schedule. e.Patients providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Patients with periapical lesion or swelling. b)Teeth with open apices. c)Teeth with calcified canals, root resorption, or retreatment cases. d)Patients on analgesics, antibiotics, or corticosteroids within 48 hours prior to treatment. e)Pregnant or lactating women and patients with systemic diseases contraindicating laser use.
