Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged more than 18 years, presenting in the Critical Care Medicine department with Acute Coronary Syndrome diagnosed by clinical symptoms, ECG, Troponin I, confirmed by Coronary Angiography later on and having a Capillary Blood Glucose (CBG) more than 180 mg/dl (10 mmol/L) at presentation
