Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All adolescent attending school (grades 6th to 9th) between the ages of 10-15 year and their parents, who will give informed written consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Adolescents who are at imminent risk of self-harm or suicide Adolescents who display behaviours that would disrupt the group due to violent or aggressive behaviours or those who are unable to follow the instructions. Those who do not give assent/consent will be excluded from the study. Institutions catering only to children with intellectual, developmental, sensory, or physical disabilities (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, hearing or visual impairment)
