Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Menopause, defined as at least 12 months of spontaneous amenorrhea. Women aged below 60 years. Have musculoskeletal pain for at least 3 months (like back, joints, or muscles pain) Ability to walk and perform dynamic balance tasks independently without the use of assistive devices

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Obesity. Use of hormone replacement therapy in the last 6 months. History of neurological or vestibular disorder (stroke, Parkinson disease) Presence of uncontrolled systemic diseases. High risk for or diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea or restless legs syndrome. Diagnosis or high risk of sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome. Use of psychoactive medications or psychiatric disorders. Recent musculoskeletal injury or surgery within the last 6 months.

To determine the correlation between sleep quality, musculoskeletal pain, and functional mobility in postmenopausal women.Timepoint: Screening & informed consent Baseline Assessment Questionnaire phase (30min): PSQI, NMQ Physical testing phase (2min): TUG test
