Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INDIVIDUALS AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER. PATIENTS IN GENERALLY GOOD HEALTH THOSE ARE SUITABLE CANDIDATES FOR SURGICAL AND RESTORATIVE PROCEDURES. PARTIALLY EDENTULOUS PATIENTS WITH REMAINING TEETH THAT HAVE A POOR LONG TERM PROGNOSIS AND CANNOT BE PRESERVED OR FULLY EDENTULOUS PATIENTS. PATIENTS WITHOUT SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS OF TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT DISORDERS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PRESENCE OF ANY INFECTION AT THE IMPLANT SITE. PATIENTS WITH HEMATOLOGIC DISORDERS SIGNIFICANT COAGULATION ABNORMALITIES AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS UNCONTROLLED DIABETES METABOLIC BONE DISEASES OR THOSE WHO ARE PREGNANT OR LACTATING. PATIENTS WHO HAVE UNDERGONE RADIOTHERAPY OR CHEMOTHERAPY TO THE HEAD AND NECK REGION WITHIN THE PAST 60 MONTHS CBCT SCANS IN WHICH THE REQUIRED ANATOMICAL STRUCTURES CANNOT BE CLEARLY IDENTIFIED OR ACCURATELY ASSESSED. PRESENCE OF ANY TUMOR OR MAXILLOFACIAL DEFORMITIES THAT MAY INFLUENCE THE TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT. HISTORY OF ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT PLASTIC SURGERY OR OTHER CRANIOFACIAL SURGICAL PROCEDURES. PRESENCE OF ANY TMJ RELATED SIGNS OR SYMPTOMS BASED ON THE DC TMD CRITERIA OR A PREVIOUS HISTORY OF TMJ TREATMENT.

THE STUDY IS EXPECTED TO DEMONSTRATE IMPROVEMENT IN VERTICAL DIMENSION AND OVERALL OCCLUSAL STABILITY FOLLOWING REHABILITATION. IT MAY ALSO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE DATA FOR DEVELOPING STANDARDIZED PROSTHODONTIC PROTOCOLS THAT ENSURE MINIMAL IMPACT ON TMJ FUNCTION.Timepoint: 6 MONTHS
