Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adults aged 60 years and above. 2.Individuals who will be able to ambulate independently, with or without walking aids 3.Individuals who will be understanding in Hindi or Gujarati language. 4.Individuals of all genders are eligible. 5.Individuals with or without comorbidities like diabetes mellitus, hypertenstion etc

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with significant cognitive impairment and with significant depressive symptoms 2.Any neuromuscular impairments affecting balance, like parkinsons, stroke, head injury, and vestibular disorders.
