Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of shoulder surgery Fracture around shoulder joint (current or recent) Full-thickness rotator cuff tear Neurological disorders affecting upper limb function Shoulder instability or dislocation Severe pain conditions preventing participation in exercise Systemic conditions affecting shoulder mobility (e.g., severe rheumatoid arthritis) Participation in any other physiotherapy or rehabilitation program for shoulder in the last 3 months
