Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years 2. Posterior segmental mandibular defect and bite composite resection(class 2c defect) 3. Both pedicled and free flap soft tissue reconstruction 4. Patient should have upper and lower arch teeth on the normal side

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with bilateral disease Previous history of dental trauma or surgery involving mandible resection . Severe trismus (mouth opening less than 1 cm Extended segmental resection Edentulous patients illiterate patients
