Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants eligible for inclusion will be individuals of any gender (male, female, or transgender), aged [18-65], who have been clinically diagnosed with a neurological condition associated with motor deficits, possess the ability to read and comprehend the Kannada language, demonstrate intact cognitive functioning as indicated by a Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 26 or higher, and are willing and able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with recent surgery or trauma, any other leading to uncooperative patient Patient with serious associated diseases Patient with Aphasia
