Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA-PS I, II, III 2.Age between 18 to 65 years of either gender 3.Elective surgery under general anaesthesia 4.Intubation difficulty score less than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.ASA IV and above 2.Patient s denial to participate 3.Predicted difficult airway Wilsons score greater than 5 4.Obesity Class 2 and 3 5.Pregnant women 6.more than 3 attempts taken to insert LMA 7.Risk of aspiration 8.Head and neck surgery
