Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All admitted patients 18 years and above with bronchiectasis diagnosed by HRCT Thorax. 2. Patients signing consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active pulmonary tuberculosis. 2. Any serious co-morbidity requiring treatment on priority. 3. Unstable cardiovascular or neurological diseases 4. Non-compliant, unwilling patients 5. Patients with pregnancy
