Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers attending the Vaccination OPD with at least one under-five child. 2. Own or have access to a smartphone for follow-up via WhatsApp. 3. Willing to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with severe visual or auditory impairment preventing viewing of the digital module.
