Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with ASA physical status I and II. Patients posted for lower abdominal and lower limb procedures. Patients undergoing Elective surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents refusal. Patients with history of spine pathology, spine deformities, bleeding disorders, infection. Known allergy to any local anaesthetics.
