Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients undergoing elective cardiopulmonary bypass surgery Pre-operatively hemodynamically stable patients Patients aged 18-70 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-existing renal failure or neurological deficits Emergency cardiac surgeries or redo surgeries Congenital Heart Defects and complicated aortic surgeries Patients requiring IABP support during Surgery or immediate post-op Cases resulting in on-table mortality.
