Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Nursing staff currently working in hospital settings. 2.Male and female nurses aged 21 60 years. 3.Minimum of 1 year of hospital experience in patient care. 4.Minimum 6 hours of shift duty. 5.Nurses involved in directly in patient care activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Histroty of fracture, surgery, in last 6 months. 2.Congenital musculoskeletal deformities. 3.Pregnancy 4.Nurses involved in administrative roles. 5.Clinically diagnosed case of both upper and lower motor lesion.
