Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient with clinical features and USG showing ureteric,kidney,bladder calculus of size from 2 mm to 6 mm single or multiple or bilateral calculus will be taken for treatment. 2)Patients presenting below mentioned signs and symptoms of Ashmari :Regional pain (Nabhi,Basti,Sevani,Mehana Vedana) 3)Subjects of the age in between 20-60 years. 4)The patient will be selected irrespective of gender,religion,occupation,marital status. 5)Patient with controlled DM and HTN.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Known case of: 1)Pt of shukrashmari. 2)Pt having renal failure 3)Pt suffering -HIV,HbsAg,HCV,TB 4)Pt with sever redness and gross hematuria more than grade3 or 4. 5)Pt with uncontrolled:DM,HTN 6)Urine retention-acute or chronic 7)Severe hydronephrosis,hydroureter 8)Parathyroidism 9)Pyelonephritis 10)BPH 11)Any malignancy B)Pregnant and lactating women

To Evaluate the Efficacy of Vidangadi Gutika in Mutrashmari and to find out whether it reduces the size of Mutrashmari With Special Reference to Urolithiasis.Timepoint: 15 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1)To find out whether this drug reduces the size of Mutrashmari or promotes its expulsion in comparison with Tab cystone. 2)To study the probable mode of action of Vidangadi gutika for 15 days. 3)To find out whether this drug reduces the symptoms of pain,burning micturition of Mutrashmari. 4)To achieve the outcome of study within 15 days.Timepoint: 15 days
