Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 to 60 years. Patient of any sex. Patients having cardinal signs of Ardhavabhedka (Migraine) History of recurrent headache for at least 3-6 months. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from chronic systemic diseases, such as diabetes mellitus or hypertension. Trigeminal neuralgia, Cluster headache, Tension headache. Patients diagnosed with secondary headaches due to Infections (e.g., meningitis, encephalitis),Space-occupying lesions (e.g. brain tumors) Pregnant and lactating women. Contraindication for Agnikarma. Subjects unwilling to provide written informed consent.
