Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals those are who are not diagnosed with TB at the time of study Those in the age group of 18 years and above Without any respiratory diseases, immune diseases or infectious diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV positive cases with tuberculosis Those not able to respond Those terminally ill patients.
