Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with age-related Senile Mature Cataract willing to undergo Phacoemulsification 2.Minimum pupil dilation of 5 mm during examination 3. Clear preoperative Anterion imaging feasible 4. Willing and able to provide consent for examination and treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-age-related mature cataract ( eg : traumatic, complicated cataract ) 2.Previous intra-ocular surgery, history of ocular trauma, laser therapy ( Panretinal photocoagulation, laser photocoagulation) 3.Ocular diseases and structural abnormalities ( eg : pseudoexfoliation syndrome, keratoconus, subluxated lens, abnormal iris or pupil , uveitis, coloboma ) 4.Presence of corneal abnormalities that may interfere with AS OCT imaging such as edema, abrasion, dystrophy, and other degenerative changes. 5.Poor fixation in the other eye leading to low image quality , inability to cooperate with examinations , images with severe posterior shadowing or signal attenuation. 6.Patients unwilling to provide consent or undergo clinical examination and treatment 7.Patients medically unfit for surgery
