Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA physical status I & II 2.Patient under going elective for upper limb surgeries 3.Patient willing to participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Allergy to Local anaesthetics and opioids 3. Local infection at the site of block 4. pregnant women 5. Severe cardiopulmonary disease 6. Patients with Neurological deficit in operating arm 7. Bleeding disorders and Patients on anticoagulants
