Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players age should be 18 to 25 years. Only male players will be taken Players who play soccer for at least two year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate Cardiac and respiratory disorders Recent injuries and surgeries Players with any systemic illness(rhematoid arthritis,ankylosing spondylitis)
