Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Apparently healthy adults aged 20 55 years 2.Both males and females 3.Individuals with moderate to poor oral hygiene (OHI-S score 1.3 6.0) 4.Willing to participate and comply with study protocol 5.Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with diagnosed severe gingivitis, periodontitis, or oral ulcers 2.Current tobacco or alcohol users 3.History of dental procedures or antibiotic therapy in last 1 month 4.Systemic diseases affecting oral health (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised states) 5.Pregnant or lactating women
