Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group above 35 years and above. Osteoarthritis patients. Both male and female willingness to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren Lawrence Grade IV). History of knee surgery, fracture, or recent injury in the lower limb (within the past 6 months). Neurological disorders affecting balance or muscle strength. Rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory joint disease, or systemic conditions affecting joints. Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, or other medical conditions preventing participation in exercise.
