Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Women who attained menopause 2 Women who have the menopausal symptoms 3 Who are willing to give consent for the study 4 Who can follow instructions in Kannada or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women who are having other medical disorders like respiratory, cardiac, malignant disorders. Mentally ill and do not have the mental capacity to participate in the study Who are not able to cooperate throughout the period of study Consuming analgesics or sedatives Enrolled in any other study on alleviating the symptoms.
