Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participant including age group between 18 to 25 years. Both male and female. Regular streaming platform users. Watching binge video content at least 2 days per week. Psychometric tool for binge watching scores greater than 19. Pre-sleep arousal scores greater than 16.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PARTICIPANTS WITH DIAGNOSED SLEEP OR PSYCHOLOGICAL DISORDERS. CURRENT USE OF ANY SLEEP MEDICATIONS OR ANTIDEPRESSANTS. PRESENCE OF CHRONIC ILLNESS. PEAPLE WITHOUT HAVING THE ACCESSABILITY OF BINGE WATCHING PLATFORMS LIKE WITHOUT HAVING SMARTPHONES OR TELEVISION. NON ENGLISH SPEAKERS.
