Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with facial asymmetry with occlusal cant greater than 4degrees and preoperative Menton deviation greater than 3 mm from the midsagittal plane 2. Patient who gave consent 3. Good quality lateral and PA cephalogram available at required time points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic conditions known to impair bone metabolism or healing
